ROOM POLICY
Rooms are held by paid advance deposit. Payment may be made by check, money order or credit card. Deposits paid by credit card will be processed at the time the reservation
is made.

A deposit of one night’s rent must be received 7 days from the date the original reservation is made.

The use of personal checks is restricted to the initial deposit only. Upon check-in the balance for the entire stay is due. The balance can be paid by cash, travelers checks, or credit cards unless prior arrangements have been made.

NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECK-OUT.

Check-in is after 2 p.m. Check-out is 10 a.m. Check-outs after 10 a.m. will be charged for an extra day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to receive a refund, we must receive your cancellation 10 days prior to arrival date. A $20 service charge will be applied. (A 14-day notice is required for Floor Plan A and Sugar Shacks.) A security deposit may be required at our discretion.

NO PETS.

We guarantee room type, but not room number or floor. A minimum stay may be required.

GUESTS MAKING RESERVATIONS
We would hope everyone would be happy with their advanced reservations after arriving. If this does not happen and you do not honor your reservation, you will be charged for one night. Please be sure when you make your reservation. When a reservation is not honored, it costs you a one night deposit and costs the motel the opportunity to rent the room to another advanced reservation.
