Sugar Sands offers a variety of accommodations to perfectly suit your vacation preferences, from our beachfront rooms and suites, to our lakeside apartments and efficiencies across the street. With six different floor plans to choose from, we can provide exactly what you’re looking for.
Our Sugar Sands Inn boasts two five-story towers sitting directly on the beach and offers four different floor plans with a variety of bedding arrangements. From one room efficiencies (Plan E), to split floor plan suites (Plans DQ & QK), to one bedroom apartments (Plan A), our units in the Inn can accommodate most any size family. And all of our units have fully equipped kitchenettes.
If you’re looking for something a little larger, we also offer the “Sugar Shacks”- two bedroom spacious apartments (Sugar Shacks 1, 2, and 3) located directly across the street from the beach. The Sugar Shacks are perfect for larger groups or reunions! In addition to the Sugar Shacks, we also have budget friendly efficiencies with kitchenettes (Plan LE) across the street from our main buildings. Enjoy full access to all of Sugar Sands amenities with any of these accommodations.

Lakeside Floor Plans (across the street)

2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment with 2 Queen beds, 1 King bed, and standard sofa sleeper. Fully equipped kitchen and private sun deck. (Top floor of 2 story unit) - Sugar Shack 2*
2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with 2 King beds, standard sofa sleeper, and fully equipped kitchen. Private patio area. (Bottom floor of 2 story unit) - Sugar Shack 3
2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with 3 Queen beds, standard sofa sleeper, and fully equipped kitchen. Private sundeck. - Plan LE
One room efficiency with two full-sized beds and kitchenette. Private balcony.
*Sugar Shacks 1 & 2 are the top and bottom floor apartments in the same complex. They can be rented together (for large groups) or separately!.
